新型复合药型罩结构参数对射流侵彻的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为了提高射流的穿孔直径,提出了包含球缺体和截锥体的复合药型罩,通过试验和数值仿真对该复合药型罩进行了研究。利用数值仿真的方法,通过三因素三水平正交设计试验,研究了球缺体外圆母线半径、装药长径比、炸高和壳体对侵彻深度的影响,并进行了线性回归分析。结果表明:数值仿真与试验具有较好的相符性,随着球缺体外圆母线半径的增大,侵彻深度减小;装药长径比从0.8增加到1.2,侵彻深度变化不明显;随着炸高的增加,侵彻深度增大;增加壳体可使入孔直径增大100%以上,侵彻深度下降小于等于20.29%;球缺体母线半径和壳体厚度是新型复合药型罩中影响侵彻深度的主要结构参数。 In order to increase the perforation diameter of the jet,the composite liner consisting of a spherical segment and a truncated cone was proposed,and the composite liner was studied by experiment and numerical simulation.By means of numerical simulation and three factor and three level orthogonal design experiments,the influences of radius of external circular bus,charge length diameter ratio,blast height and shell on penetration depth were studied,and the linear regression analysis was carried out.The results show that the numerical simulation is in good agreement with the experiment.With the increase of the radius of the round bus outside the spherical segment,the penetration depth decreases;with the increase of the charge length diameter ratio from 0.8 to 1.2,the change of the penetration depth is not obvious;with the increase of the blast height,the penetration depth increases;with the increase of the shell,the penetration diameter increases by more than 100%,and the penetration depth decreases by less than or equal to 20.29%.The bus radius and shell thickness are the structural parameters of the new composite liner affecting the penetration depth.
