中间苍白杆菌对含蜡原油除蜡降黏效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 蜡质不仅使原油黏度升高,而且会析出积聚在管壁上降低管输效率。从原油污染淤泥中分离出一株产表面活性剂的烃降解菌F-1,经16S rDNA鉴定为中间苍白杆菌。与原油作用7 d后,菌株F-1能将蜡含量为15.2%的高含蜡原油处理为蜡含量为9.1%的含蜡原油,原油蜡质量分数降低40.1%,原油黏度降低21%以上,细胞疏水性达28.1%。通过傅里叶红外光谱鉴定该菌产生的生物表面活性剂为脂肽类化合物。添加上清液到液体石蜡可形成91.49 mm的排油圈,菌株F-1能够显著降低培养基表面张力,其对液体石蜡的乳化系数达到65%。 Wax can increase the viscosity of waxy crude oil, also precipitates and accumulates on the pipe wall, reducing the efficiency of pipe transportation. A strain of surfactant producing hydrocarbon degrading bacteria F-1 was isolated from crude oil contaminated sludge and identified as Ochrobactrum intermedium by 16 S rDNA. After the interaction with crude oil for 7 days, bacterial strain F-1 could treat the high-wax crude oil with wax content of 15.2% to waxy crude oil with wax content of 9.1%, the wax mass fraction of crude oil decreased by 40.1%, the viscosity of crude oil decreased by more than 21%, and the cell surface hydrophobicity reached 28.1%. The biosurfactant produced by the bacteria was identified as lipopeptide by Fourier infrared spectroscopy. After adding supematant into liquid paraffin, a 91.49 mm drain ring was formed. Bacteria strain F-1 could significantly reduce the surface tension of medium and its emulsification coefficient for liquid paraffin reached 65%.
