基于Moldex3D的微动开关浇口设计优化 被引量:1

摘要 基于Moldex3D模流分析软件,对某种微动开关壳体成型效果进行了仿真预测,并针对成型问题,找出了设计缺陷予以优化。模具优化后,再次仿真分析确定,通过优化浇口位置及浇口形式,改善了保压效果以及成型材料纤维取向问题,使得塑件翘曲程度降低。实际生产后,塑件翘曲状况与模流分析结果一致,证明Moldex3D模流分析软件实现了对成型过程的精确模拟及预测。
