影响宫颈癌放化疗患者“益处发现”水平的因素

Factors influencing the level of"benefit discovery"in patients with che moradiotherapy for cervical cancer

目的:探讨影响进行放化疗的宫颈癌(cervical cancer,CC)患者益处发现(benefit finding,BF)水平的因素。方法:选取2019年6月至2019年12月期间在某医院进行放化疗的230例CC患者作为研究对象。使用一般资料调查问卷、益处发现评定量表(BFS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)及社会支持评定量表(SSRS)调查这些患者的一般资料、BF的水平、心理状态及获得社会支持情况。观察这些CC患者的一般资料、心理状态及获得社会支持的情况对其BF水平的影响。结果:年龄、学历、婚姻状况、职业、医疗费用支付方式、家庭人均月收入及CC分期不同的CC患者,其BFS总评分存在一定的差异,P<0.05。这些CC患者的CD-RISC乐观评分、CD-RISC自强评分、SSRS主观支持评分及SSRS社会支持利用度评分越高,其BFS总评分越高。结论:乐观、自强、获得主观支持及对社会支持的利用度高的CC患者具有较高的BF水平。

Objective:To explore the factors influencing the level of benefit finding(BF)in patients with cervical cancer(CC)undergoing chemoradiotherapy.Methods:A total of 230 CC patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy in a hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.General information questionnaire,benefit Discovery Rating Scale(BFS),Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),and Social support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate the general information,BF level,psychological status,and access to social support of these patients.Observe the influence of the general information,psychological state and social support of these CC patients on their BF level.Results:The total BFS score of CC patients with different age,educational background,marital status,occupation,payment method of medical expenses,family per capita monthly income and CC stage showed certain differences(P<0.05).The higher the CD-RISC optimism score,CD-RISC self-improvement score,SSRS subjective support score and SSRS social support utilization score,the higher the total BFS score of these CC patients was.Conclusion:CC patients with high degree of optimism,self-strengthening,subjective support and social support have higher BF level.
