摘要
目的:探讨用非布司他对痛风性关节炎患者进行治疗的效果。方法:将2018年1月至2019年1月期间某医院收治的70例痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象。将这70例患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各有35例患者。对对照组患者使用别嘌醇进行治疗,对研究组患者使用非布司他进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者血清尿酸的水平及临床疗效。结果:接受治疗后,与对照组患者相比,研究组患者血清尿酸的水平更低,其治疗的总有效率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用非布司他对痛风性关节炎患者进行治疗的效果显著,可有效地提高其临床疗效,改善其血清尿酸的水平。
Objective:To investigate the effect of febuxostat in the treatment of patients with gouty arthritis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were studied.The 70 patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 35 patients in each group.Allopurinol was used in the control group and febuxostat was used in the study group.Then,the serum uric acid levels and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the serum uric acid level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Febuxostat is effective in treating patients with gout arthritis,which can effectively improve its clinical efficacy and serum uric acid level.
