腹部超声检查诊断剖宫产术后再次妊娠所致子宫瘢痕破裂的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of abdominal ultrasonography on the diagnosis of uterine scar rupture caused by repregnancy after cesarean section

目的:探讨并分析用腹部超声检查诊断剖宫产术后再次妊娠所致子宫瘢痕破裂的效果。方法:将文昌市庆龄妇幼保健院收治的100例剖宫产术后再次妊娠的孕妇作为研究对象。对这些孕妇均进行腹部超声检查,然后将该检查结果与对其进行手术探查的结果相比较,得出用腹部超声检查诊断其子宫瘢痕破裂的准确率。结果:对这100例孕妇进行腹部超声检查的结果显示,其中有53例孕妇存在子宫前壁下段瘢痕处肌层菲薄的情况,有6例孕妇子宫前壁下段瘢痕处肌层的厚度正常,有37例孕妇发生子宫瘢痕不完全破裂,有4例孕妇发生子宫瘢痕完全破裂。对这100例孕妇进行手术探查的结果显示,其中有43例孕妇存在子宫前壁下段瘢痕处肌层菲薄的情况,有21例孕妇子宫前壁下段瘢痕处肌层的厚度正常,有32例孕妇发生子宫瘢痕不完全破裂,有4例孕妇发生子宫瘢痕完全破裂。用腹部超声检查诊断这100例孕妇子宫瘢痕不完全破裂和子宫瘢痕完全破裂的准确率分别为84.38%与100%。结论:用腹部超声检查诊断剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠所致子宫瘢痕破裂的准确率较高。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine scar rupture caused by repregnancy after cesarean section.Methods:A total of 100 pregnant women admitted to Qingling Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Wenchang city who were pregnant again after cesarean section were studied.Abdominal ultrasound examination was performed on these pregnant women,and then compared with the results of the surgical exploration,to obtain the accuracy of the diagnosis of uterine scar rupture by abdominal ultrasound examination.Results:abdominal ultrasound examination of the 100 cases of pregnant women,according to the results of 53 cases of pregnant women with uterine segment scar in the muscle layer under the front wall thinning,6 cases of pregnant women under the front wall of the uterus muscle layer thickness of the normal period of scar,37 cases of pregnant women were incomplete uterine scar rupture occurred,there are 4 cases of pregnant women in uterine scar rupture completely.The results of surgical exploration of the 100 pregnant women showed that 43 of them had thin muscle layer at the inferior scar of the anterior wall of the uterus,21 of them had normal thickness of muscle layer at the inferior scar of the anterior wall of the uterus,32 of them had incomplete rupture of the scar,and 4 of them had complete rupture of the scar.The accuracy of the diagnosis of incomplete rupture of uterine scar and complete rupture of uterine scar were 84.38%and 100%respectively.Conclusion:The diagnosis of uterine scar rupture caused by scar pregnancy after cesarean section by abdominal ultrasound is more accurate.
