金匮温经汤治疗不孕症的效果研究

Study on the effect of Jinguihuwenjing Decoction in treating infertility

目的:研究用金匮温经汤治疗不孕症的效果。方法:选取济南市莱芜区雪野镇卫生院2017年1月至2019年12月接诊的不孕症患者146例,将其随机分为金匮温经汤组和常规组。对两组患者均进行西药治疗。在此基础上,为金匮温经汤组患者采用金匮温经汤进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的妊娠成功率、治疗后其血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)的水平和子宫内膜的厚度。结果:治疗后,金匮温经汤组患者的妊娠成功率高于常规组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,金匮温经汤组患者血清E2、P的水平均高于常规组患者,其子宫内膜的厚度大于常规组患者,P<0.05。结论:对不孕症患者采用金匮温经汤进行治疗的效果较好,可显著提高其血清E2、P的水平,增加其子宫内膜的厚度,提高其妊娠的成功率。

Objective:To study the effect of Treating infertility with Jinguihuwenjing decoction.Methods:146 cases of infertility patients received in Xuanye Health Center,Laiwu District,Jinan city from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into The Jinguiwenjingtang group and the conventional group.Both groups were treated with western medicine.On this basis,the patients in jinguihuengjingtang group were treated with Jinguihuengjingtang.Pregnancy success rates,posttreatment serum estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)levels,and endometrial thickness were then compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the pregnancy success rate of jinguihuwenjingtang group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum E2 and P levels of jinguiwengjingtang group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the endometrial thickness was greater than that of the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of infertility patients with Jinguihuwenjing decoction has a good effect,which can significantly increase the serum E2 and P levels,increase the thickness of the endometrium,and improve the success rate of pregnancy.
