中药汤剂联合中医骨伤科推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症188例的效果

Effect analysis of TCM decoction combined with TCM orthopedics and trauma tology department massage in 188 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的:探讨使用中药汤剂联合中医骨伤科推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:将2016年1月至2018年12月期间重庆市万州区熊家中心卫生院收治的188例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组(94例)和研究组(94例)。对两组患者均进行牵引治疗。在此基础上,为研究组患者使用中药汤剂联合中医骨伤科推拿手法进行治疗。然后观察两组患者治疗的效果、日本骨科学会制定的腰椎功能评分量表(JOA)的评分及腰部疼痛的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:治疗后,研究组患者治疗的总有效率及JOA评分均高于对照组患者,其腰部疼痛的VAS评分低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用中药汤剂联合中医骨伤科推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,可有效地改善患者腰椎的功能,减轻其腰部疼痛的程度。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM decoction combined with TCM orthopedic massage in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:188 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to The Health Center of Xiong Jia Center,Wanzhou District,Chongqing from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(94 cases)and study group(94 cases).Both groups received traction therapy.On this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with TCM decoction combined with TCM orthopedics and traumatology manipulation.The outcomes of treatment,the lumbar Function scale(JOA)developed by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association and the visual analogue scale(VAS)for lower back pain were then observed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate and JOA score of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the VAS score of lumbar pain was low er than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of TCM decoction combined with TCM orthopedics and traumatology department massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is remarkable,which can effectively improve the function of the lumbar spine and reduce the degree of lumbar pain.
