Research on Service Operation and Profit Model of Platform-based Less-than-carload Logistics Park

我国物流设施管理体系与物流地产开发布局以点、线为主,尚未完全进入规模化、标准化和网络化运作阶段,国内零担物流园区空置率较高,一定程度上制约了零担物流的发展步伐,也影响零担物流园区的投资与运营。通过加强传统零担物流园区的载体功能与运营服务,落实平台型零担物流园区的盈利模式,构建平台型零担物流园区利润回报机制,为零担物流园区的开发运营与转型升级提供借鉴。

China’s logistics facilities management system and the layout of logistics real estate development is mainly based on points and lines.Now they have not fully entered the stage of large-scale standardization and network operation.The high vacancy rate of domestic LCL logistics park restricts the development pace of it to some extent,and affects the investment and operation of LCL logistics park.By strengthening the carrier function and operation service of traditional LCL logistics park,this paper implemented the profit model of platform-based LCL logistics park.Moreover,it constructed the profit return mechanism of the park,which can provide reference for the development,operation,transformation and upgrading of LCL logistic park.
