摘要
纵观日本学前教育的发展历程,可以发现其五个领域的演进历程,就是保障儿童游戏权利的探索之路,也是"去小学化"的探索之路。其经验与教训对我国学前教育立法具有一定的借鉴意义:应该通过学前教育法律制度建设,确立我国学前教育课程的国家标准,明确我国学前教育五大领域的地位和作用;确保通过五大领域从根本上保障儿童游戏权利;通过五大领域从根本上保障学前教育的独特性,推动"去小学化"的学前教育制度建设;通过五大领域保障幼儿教师的专业性,尊重教师的权利,排除教师的过度干预或不当指导①。
The development process of Japan’s preschool education shows the evolution process of its five fields of education content which is an exploration attempt to protect children’s rights to play,and to"eliminate the function of primary school".The experience and lessons from Japan’s preschool education provide an reference for Chinese preschool education legislation:Through the legal system improvement in preschool education,the national standard of our country’s preschool education curriculum should be established,and the importance and function of five fields in preschool education should be clearly specified;make sure kids’rights to play can be guaranteed in five fields;ensure the piculiarity of preschool education in five fields,promoting the kindergarten system construction of"eliminate the function of primary school"in preschool education;respect kidergarten teachers’professionalism and rights,avoiding imposing excessive interference or improper guidance on teachers.
