柿叶主要成分及其在不同生长时期的动态变化 被引量:1

The Main Components of Persimmon Leaves and Their Dynamic Changes in Different Growth Periods

摘要 以元氏大红袍柿叶为原料,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)测定乙醇提取物、火焰原子吸收法测定矿物质元素和紫外吸收法测定其不同生长时期可溶性糖、多酚、黄酮、VC及蛋白质含量,并对品质指标进行分析。结果表明:柿叶乙醇提取物主要成分是酸类、酯类和糖类,分别占23.94%、23.0%和18.32%。矿物质元素中Ca含量最高,约为91.56 mg/g。其次是K和Mg,约为23.85 mg/g和1.67 mg/g。不同生长时期成分探究表明黄酮、多酚和可溶性多糖5月达到了最高水平。VC含量7月初最高,8月中下旬蛋白质含量最高。通过对其主要成分及成分动态变化分析,为柿叶开发和利用提供理论依据。 The ethanol extract,mineral elements,soluble sugar,polyphenols,flavonoids,VC and protein of Dahongpao persimmon leaves in Yuanshi were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),flame atomic absorption and ultraviolet absorption,respectively.The results showed that the main components of ethanol extract were acids,esters and sugar,which accounted for 23.94%,23.0%and 18.32%respectively.The flame atomic absorption method detected the highest content of Ca,about 91.56 mg/g.K and Mg were approximately 23.85 mg/g and 1.67 mg/g.The results showed that flavonoids,polyphenols and soluble polysaccharides reached the highest levels in May,VC content was the highest in early July,and protein content was the highest in mid anf in August.Through the analysis of the main components and the dynamic changes of the components,the theoretical basis was provided for the development and utilization of persimmon leaves.
