肺炎支原体IgM检测诊断社区儿童支原体肺炎的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Mycoplasma Pneumonia IgM Detection in the Diagnosis of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Community Children

摘要 目的将肺炎支原体IgM检测用于社区儿童支原体肺炎诊断中,对其诊断价值进行分析。方法选取2018年8月-2019年9月社区收治的126例支原体肺炎患儿进行研究,将其设为观察组,选择社区同期接收的126名健康体检儿童为对照组,两组均进行肺炎支原体Ig M检测,对两组检测结果进行比较。结果观察组患儿MP-IgM检测阳性率为93.65%,与对照组2.38%相比,相对更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=210.252,P<0.05);<1岁的患儿MP-IgM阳性率最低,为9.52%,1~<3岁、3~<6岁、6~≤11岁的患儿MP-IgM阳性率分别为19.05%、28.57%、36.51%,组间两两相比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组男患儿MPIgM阳性率为98.59%,与女患儿87.27%相比,相对更高(P<0.05)。结论肺炎支原体IgM检测在社区儿童支原体肺炎中诊断价值较高。 Objective To use Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM detection in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children in the com-munity, and to analyze its diagnostic value. Methods 126 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the community from Au-gust 2018 to September 2019 were selected for the study. They were set as the observation group, and 126 healthy children received in the community during the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups were compared with Mycoplasma pneumoni-ae IgM test, the test results. Results The positive rate of MP-IgM in the observation group was 93.65%, which was relatively higher than 2.38% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=210.252, P<0.05);MP-IgM in children less than 1 year old of IgM positive rate was the lowest at 9.52%, and the MP-IgM positive rates in children aged 1~<3, 3~<6, and 6~ ≤11 years old were 19.05%, 28.57%, and 36.51%, respectively. The difference between the averages was statistically significant( P<0.05);the positive rate of MP-IgM in male patients in the observation group was 98.59%, which was relatively higher than that in female pa-tients 87.27%(P<0.05). Conclusion The detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM has a high diagnostic value in community children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.
