摘要
目的观察微创经皮肾镜钬激光联合气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月-2019年12月该院70例复杂性肾结石患者,按照入院顺序将其分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例),分别行经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术、经皮肾镜钬激光联合气压弹道碎石术治疗。观察两组临床应用效果。结果观察组手术时长、尿液转清时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组BUN、Cr水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组结石清除率(91.43%)高于对照组(74.29%),其并发症发生率(5.71%)低于对照组(22.86%)(χ^2=4.200、3.620,P<0.05)。结论微创经皮肾镜钬激光联合气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石效果良好,并发症少。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser combined with pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of complicated kidney stones.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,70 patients with complicated kidney stones in the hospital were selected.They were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(35 cases)according to the order of admission,and they underwent percutaneous nephroscope pneumatic ballistic fragmentation stone surgery,percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser combined with pneumatic lithotripsy treatment.Observe the clinical application effects of the two groups.Results The length of operation,the time to clear urine,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group's BUN and Cr levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The stone removal rate(91.43%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(74.29%),and the complication rate(5.71%)was lower than that of the control group(22.86%)(x^2=4.200,3.620,P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser combined with pneumatic lithotripsy has a good effect in the treatment of complex kidney stones with few complications.
