经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症效果探讨

Study on the Effect of Transurethral Resection of Prostate for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探究经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症效果。方法该研究选择2018年1月-2019年6月190例前列腺增生症患者为研究对象,由随机双盲法分成两组,为参照组(70例)与研究组(120例),参照组给予开放性手术治疗,研究组给予经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗情况、前列腺症状评分、生活质量。结果研究组的术中出血量(86.87±14.38)mL、残余尿量(29.93±15.45)mL、住院时间(6.17±1.34)d均优于参照组的(108.96±15.79)mL、(52.86±17.85)mL、(9.54±1.64)d,差异有统计学意义(t=7.857、6.598、5.976,P<0.05);研究组治疗后前列腺症状评分(7.23±1.19)分优于参照组前列腺症状评分(10.98±1.48)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.974,P<0.05);研究组治疗后生活质量评分(89.95±5.54)分优于参照组生活质量评分(81.58±4.98)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.584,P<0.05)。结论前列腺增生症患者应用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,有效减少术中出血量,缩短治疗时间,改善前列腺功能,提高生活质量,治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods This study involved 190 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.The study period was from January 2018 to June 2019.They were divided into two groups by random double-blind method,the reference group(70 cases)and the study group(120 cases).The refer-ence group was treated with open surgery,and the study group was treated with transurethral resection of the prostate.The treatment situation,prostate symptom score,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe intraoperative blood loss(86.87±14.38)m L,residual urine volume(29.93±15.45)mL,and hospital stay(6.17±1.34)days in the study group were better than those in the reference group(108.96±15.79)mL and(52.86±17.85)mL,(9.54±1.64)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.857,6.598,5.976,P<0.05);the prostate symptom score of the study group after treatment(7.23±1.19)points was better than that of the reference group(10.98±1.48)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.974,P<0.05);the quality of life score of the study group after treatment(89.95±5.54)points was better than the reference group quality of life score(81.58±4.98)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.584,P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of prostate for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten treatment time,improve prostate function,and improve quality of life.The treatment effect is significant,and it can be promoted and used in clinical practice.
