急诊内科不明原因昏迷患者临床治疗方案研究

Study on Clinical Treatment Plan for Patients with Unexplained Coma in Emergency Medical Department

目的探讨急诊内科不明原因昏迷患者临床治疗方案研究观察。方法回顾分析该院在2017年2月-2019年9月急诊科收治的84例不明原因昏迷的患者作为研究对象,分为研究组和空白组,各42例,其中,研究组实施急诊内科不明原因昏迷患者临床治疗方案,空白组实施常规治疗其余不做特殊处理,分析察记录术后患者临床疗效以及昏迷指数、变化并进行统计学分析。结果两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。研究组总有效率92.86%明显高于空白组76.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.459,P<0.05),治疗后,研究组的昏迷指数评分深昏迷(70.5±1.3)分、中昏迷(8.2±1.1)分、浅昏迷(6.6±1.0)分优于空白组(72.2±2.1)分、(8.9±1.2)分、(7.1±1.1)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.461、2.738、2.096,P<0.05)。结论实施急诊内科不明原因昏迷患者临床治疗方案,患者疼痛缓解明显,有效控制了疼痛的程度。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment plan of patients with unexplained coma in emergency medical department.Methods A retrospective analysis of 84 patients with unexplained coma admitted to the emergency department of the hospital from February 2017 to September 2019 as the study subjects were divided into a study group and a blank group with 42 cases each.A-mong them,the study group implemented the emergency department of unknown medicine.The clinical treatment plan for patients with coma,the blank group received conventional treatment and no special treatment was performed.The postoperative clinical effi-caty,coma index and changes of the patients were analyzed and recorded,and statistical analysis was performed.Results There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups.The total effective rate of 92.86%in the study group was signifi-cantly higher than 76.19%in the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.459,P<0.05).After treatment,the coma index score of the study group was deep coma(70.5±1.3)points and moderate coma(8.2±1.1)points and shallow coma(6.6±1.0)points are better than blank group(72.2±2.1)points,(8.9±1.2)points,(7.1±1.1)points,the difference is statistically significant(t=4.461,2.738,2.096,P<0.05).Conclusion To implemented the clinical treatment plan for patients with unexplained coma in emergency medical de-partment.The pain relief of patients is obvious,and the degree of pain is effectively controlled.
