恩替卡韦分散片联合安络化纤丸治疗乙肝肝硬化的临床疗效研究

Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Entecavir Dispersible Tablets Combined with AnluoHuaxian Pills in the Treatment of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

目的研究分析恩替卡韦分散片联合安络化纤丸治疗乙肝肝硬化临床疗效。方法选取该院2018年1月-2019年9月收治的乙肝肝硬化患者60例,分组之后对照组给予恩替卡韦分散片,观察组给予恩替卡韦分散片联合安络化纤丸,观察各项临床指标。结果在肝功能指标方面,观察组治疗后ALT(50.69±18.32)U/L、AST(52.69±23.19)U/L以及PTA(78.63±2.85)%明显优于对照组治疗后ALT(88.30±11.36)U/L、AST(98.67±18.23)U/L以及PTA(50.69±3.19)%(t=36.974、42.674、19.309, P<0.001);在肝纤维化指标方面,观察组治疗后HA(81.65±30.71)ng/mL、LN(110.42±18.24)ng/mL、PC-Ⅲ(130.67±60.44)ng/mL以及IV-C(105.36±20.42)ng/mL明显优于对照组治疗后HA(203.21±42.38)ng/mL、LN(145.09±58.26)ng/mL、PC-Ⅲ(252.18±55.49)ng/mL以及IV-C(170.22±40.38)ng/mL(t=125.674、21.374、130.574、42.309, P<0.001)。结论恩替卡韦分散片联合安络化纤丸治疗乙肝肝硬化的临床效果更为理想。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of Entecavir Dispersible Tablets combined with AnluoHuaxian Pills in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods Sixty patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected.After grouping,the control group was given Entecavir dispersible tablets,and the observation group was given Entecavir dispersible tablets combined with AnluoHuaxian pills to observe various clinical indicators.Results In terms of liver function indicators,ALT(50.69±18.32)U/L,AST(52.69±23.19)U/L and(78.63±2.85)%after treatment in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment(88.30±11.36)U/L,AST(98.67±18.23)U/L and PTA(50.69±3.19)%(t=36.974,42.674,19.309,P<0.001);in terms of liver fibrosis indicators,HA(81.65±30.71)ng/mL,after treatment in the observation group,LN(110.42±18.24)ng/mL,PC-Ⅲ(130.67±60.44)ng/mL and IV-C(105.36±20.42)ng/mL were significantly better than the control group after treatment HA(203.21±42.38)ng/mL,LN(145.09±58.26)ng/mL,PC-Ⅲ(252.18±55.49)ng/mL and IV-C(170.22±40.38)ng/mL(t=125.674,21.374,130.574,42.309,P<0.001).Conclusion Entecavir Dispersible Tablets combined with AnluoHuaxian Pills have a better clinical effect in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.
