离子色谱法同时测定白茅根中的NO2^-、SO4^2-及Cl^-含量 被引量:2

Simultaneous Determination of Nitrite,Sulfate and Chloride in Rhizoma Imperatae with Ion Chromatography

摘要 实验拟建立白茅根中NO2^-、SO4^2-及Cl-含量的测定方法。样品经超声提取后,离心机离心,上清液用PR小柱净化,滤液可直接采用ICS-900离子色谱进样检测。结果显示:以最佳实验条件测得白茅根中NO2^-、SO4^2-以及Cl-的含量分别在4~100 ug/mL、20~500 ug/mL、8~200 ug/mL范围内呈现良好线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999 6、0.999 5、0.999 5;平均回收率分别为95.65%、101.60%、100.05%,方法的精密度和重复性较好。该方法检测时间短,灵敏度高,适用于大量白茅根样品的检测。 It is planned to establish a method for the determination of nitrite,sulfate and chloride ions in rhizoma imperatae.The samples were ultrasonically extracted and centrifuged.The supernatant of the sample filtered through the PR cartridge can be used for direct injection.The samples were determined by ICS-900 ion chromatography.Based on the best experimental conditions,the linear relationship of nitrite,sulfate and chloride showed good linear relationships in the range of 4-100 ug/mL,20-500 ug/mL,8-200μg/mL,and the correlation coefficients were 0.9996,0.9995 and 0.9995,respectively.The average recoveries were 95.65%,101.60%,and 100.05%,and the precision and repeatability of the method were good.The method has short detection time and high sensitivity,suitable for detecting a large number of rhizoma imperatae samples.
