摘要
我国出口通过四种机制影响企业僵尸化,我国对外直接投资(OFDI)有三种机制影响僵尸企业形成。文章在中国工业企业数据库与商务部境外投资企业名录匹配数据的各省份加权数据基础上,实证研究了出口和OFDI对抑制僵尸企业的影响。研究结果表明,出口的流量和存量规模均对企业僵尸化具有抑制作用;但是就出口和OFDI而言,东部地区比中西部地区更加显著;OFDI的流量和存量规模对企业僵尸化具有抑制效应。针对研究结果,提出了继续鼓励企业积极出口国际市场、加强对外直接投资、优化国内产业结构及鼓励中部、西部地区企业提高对外直接投资规模等建议来抑制我国企业僵尸化。
China's export affects zombie enterprises through four mechanisms.China's OFDI affects zombie enterprises through three mechanisms.The influence of export and OFDI on zombie enterprises was empirically studied by using weighted data of each province from the database of Chinese industrial enterprises and the directory of overseas investment enterprises of Ministry of Commerce from 2003 to 2013.The results show that the flow and stock scale of export can inhibit the enterprises zombification.But in terms of exports,the eastern region has better performance than the middle and western region.The flow and stock scale of OFDI have an inhibitory effect on enterprises zombification.In view of the above research results,this paper proposes to continue to encourage enterprises to actively export to the international market,strengthen OFDI,optimize the domestic industrial structure and encourage enterprises in central and western regions to increase the OFDI scale to restrain our country enterprise zombification.
