参展投入和展会空间的效率与均衡研究

Research on Efficiency and Equilibrium of Exhibit-investment and Exhibition Space

参展商的参展行为可以从逻辑上分解为作出参展决策和进行展览活动两个部分,前者需要考虑经济投入,后者则要考虑如何有效利用自己的展位空间。运用博弈论对二者进行效率与均衡分析后发现:在参展投入和空间利用两个方面,参展商从自身角度出发,会自动在均衡点做出参展决策,但均衡点的收益并不是最佳的,存在资源过度投入和空间过度利用的现象,需要主办方的协调或者引入第三方机制对参展效果进行系统优化;从整体对参展效果进行优化,可以减少非必要投入和资源浪费。

Exhibitors'behavior can be logically decomposed into two parts:decisions of participating in exhibition and activities in exhibition.The former needs to consider economic investment,while the latter needs to consider how to effectively use booth space.Using game theory to analyze the efficiency and equilibrium It can be found that:(1)In terms of exhibiting investment and space utilization the exhibitors will automatically make participation decisions at the equilibrium point from the perspective of the exhibitors,but the benefit of the equilibrium point is not optimal.There is a phenomenon of over-investment of resources and over-utilization of space,which requires the organizer's coordination or the introduction of a third-party mechanism to systematically optimize the effect of the exhibition.(2)Optimizing the overall effect of exhibition can reduce unnecessary investment and waste of resources.
