“大思政”格局下外语类院校辅修教育管理质量提升路径研究 被引量:1

The Path to Improve the Quality of Minor Education Managementin Foreign Language Colleges under the Big Ideological and Political Instruction

摘要 辅修教育在外语类院校复合型人才培养中占据着重要的地位,尽管长期存在教学水平不足、教育管理力度不够、学院和学生间关系不够紧密等问题,但仍有提升空间。当下,在教育部注重思想引领,推动“三全育人”理念落实背景下,各高校也正着力提升本科教育质量,整合校内育人资源,构建“大思政”格局。外语类院校应以此为契机,结合自身特点,从学生主观需求入手,落实“三全育人”理念。通过整合青年教师、学生干部、团学组织等人力资源和课程供给、课程思政、课程考核等教育资源,外语类院校既可以将思想引领注入辅修教育,也可以进一步提升辅修教育管理质量。 Minor education is of extraordinary significance in the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in foreign language colleges,although there are many long-existing problems,such as the shortcoming in teaching,deficiency of minor education management,weak interaction between college and student and so on,it can still be improved in several aspects.Nowadays,Chinese Ministry of Education pays great attention to the ideological education,and carries out the"three-pronged comprehensive education".China's higher institutions also try to improve the quality of undergraduate education,integrate education resources,and establish"comprehensive ideological and political education".Foreign language colleges should seize this chance,combine self-characteristics to realize"three-pronged comprehensive education"according the student requirement.By integrating the human resources such as student cadres,young teachers,communist youth league,student union,and teaching resources such as curriculum supply,course for ideological and political education,and course examination,foreign language colleges can not only incorporate ideological values into minor education,but further improve the quality of minor education management.
