摘要
家庭中父母的认知和正确引导,以及与学生健康行为之间的互动,是学生形成良好健康信念的基础。运动成绩与家庭引导和健康行为之间呈正相关联系,其表现程度的优劣是不同健康行为保持的结果。文章在利用调研获取的健康行为测试数据的基础上,分析了少数民族聚居区中学生健康行为与家庭资源之间的关系,以及二者对学生运动成绩的影响;提出了家校相互支持,促进学生运动成绩提高的方法。
The cognition and correct guidance of parents in the family and the interaction between parents and students'healthy behaviors are the basis for students to form good health beliefs.Sports performance has a very close relationship with family guidance and healthy behavior,which is the result of maintaining different healthy behaviors.This paper analyzes the relationship between health behavior and family resources of middle school students in ethnic minority areas,and the influence of them on their sports performance.This paper puts forward the method of family school mutual support to improve the students'sports performance.
