This paper discusses the connotation,characteristics and value of ecological civilization in the production,processing and use of Gambiered Canton Silk in the Pearl River Delta.Gambiered Canton Silk does not produce pollutants in the production,processing and use,and realizes the harmless emission in the whole process of production,processing and use.The assessment from the ecological nature of raw materials,the cleanliness of processing process,and the environmental protection of its use are all in line with the current requirements of ecological civilization construction.Strengthening the protection,development and research of Gambiered Canton Silk,a national intangible cultural heritage,can provide cultural soft power support for carrying forward the green culture contained in Guangdong clothing culture and establishing ecological Guangdong,and can also provide examples and beneficial inspiration for the construction of ecological civilization and the development of circular economy in China.
