摘要
目的探讨血浆生长分化因子-15(growth differentiation factor-15,GDF-15)水平与心房颤动(Atrial fibrillation,AF)患者出现主要心血管不良事件(major adverse cardiovascular events,MACE)的关系。方法选择2018年1月至2019年6月南京市溧水区人民医院诊治的AF患者150例。收集性别、年龄、体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、血脂等资料,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆GDF-15表达水平。观察1年期间MACE的发生情况,根据随访结果将发生MACE者设为观察组,未出现MACE者设为对照组。单因素分析和多因素logistic分析血浆GDF-15水平与MACE发生的关系。结果根据随访结果,观察组为22例,对照组为128例。单因素分析显示,观察组的血浆GDF-15水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);同时,观察组在BMI、高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、吸烟方面与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,血浆GDF-15水平、BMI、高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、吸烟均是AF患者出现MACE的独立危险因素。结论血浆GDF-15水平升高是AF患者出现MACE的独立危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of plasma growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15)and major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Method 150 AF patients diagnosed and treated in Lishui District People’s Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected.The data of sex,age,body mass index(BMI)and blood lipid were collected.The expression of GDF-15 in plasma was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Observe the occurrence of mace in one year.According to the follow-up results,the patients with mace were set as the observation group and the patients without mace as the control group.The relationship between plasma GDF-15 and mace was analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate logistic analysis.Result According to the follow-up results,there were 22 cases in the observation group and 128 cases in the control group.Single factor analysis showed that the plasma GDF-15 level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical differences;at the same time,there were statistical differences in BMI,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and smoking between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that plasma GDF-15 level,BMI,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and smoking were independent risk factors for mace in AF patients.Conclusion the increase of plasma GDF-15 level was an independent risk factor for mace in AF patients.
