摘要
副车架管梁是连接副车架上各梁的重要结构,它的截面变化复杂,其整体成形难度比较大,对于制造这种薄壁、强度要求高的零件,适用管材充液成型技术。本文分析了其充液成形工艺,并重点研究了预成形和内压力对零件成形效果的影响,最终完成样件的试制。
The sub-frame tube beam is an important structure that connects the beams on the sub-frame.Its cross-section changes are complex,and its overall forming is difficult.For the manufacture of such thin-walled,high-strength parts,the tube liquid filling molding technology is applicable.This article analyzes its liquid-filled forming process and focuses on the influence of preforming and internal pressure on the forming effect of the parts,and finally completes the trial production of the prototype.
