基于马尔科夫模型分析DCS系统可靠性

摘要 本文基于国内率先达到国际上SIL3等级的核电安全性检测平台DCS系统项目,为了提高该核电安全检测系统的安全性能,将马尔科夫模型应用于DCS系统中电子可靠性分析。基于马尔科夫模型的核电安全检测DCS系统可靠性评估方法,是一种在随着时间变换中计算某一瞬时系统失效率的动态分析法。本文探讨1oo2D结构下的系统处于工作、修复或者失效各个状态随时间的变换情况,并且探讨在1oo2D结构下系统失效后,计算系统从1oo2D转为1oo1的转移概率。运用马尔科夫过程来探讨系统的平均失效率。 This article is based on the domestic first to reach the international SIL3 grades of DCS system in nuclear power safety testing platform project,in order to improve the safety performance of the nuclear safety inspection system,applying Markov model to DCS system in electronic reliability analysis.Based on markov model,the reliability assessment method of DCS system is a dynamic analysis method to calculate the failure rate of a transient system with the time transformation.This paper discusses the transformation of the system under 1oo2D structure under the condition of working,repairing or invalidation,and discusses the transfer probability of the system from 1oo2D to 1oo1 after the system fails in 1oo2D structure.The Markov process is used to get the average efficiency of the system.
