摘要
无轨架线车辆采用电机牵引运行时,可降低煤矿巷道里的有害尾气排放和噪声污染,改善井下工作环境,但是无轨架线车辆在长距离的坡道上运行时存在制动系统容易发热失效的安全问题,为了使无轨架线车辆可在长距离的坡道上更加安全、可靠运行。本文提出能源回收再利用、变害为利的方案,主要分析对比不同再生电能利用装置技术,选择适用性较佳的能馈系统,并介绍了三种能馈方式设计方案,对比分析了各自的优缺点,最终选用牵引/回馈双向变流的能馈方式进行系统设计,对现场试验系统的测试和运行情况进行简要分析总结,认为该能馈系统可吸收车辆中产生的多余能量,满足车辆在长距离坡道安全运行要求。
When the trackless stringing vehicle is driven by electric motor,it can reduce the harmful exhaust emission and noise pollution in the coal mine roadway,and improve the underground working environment.However,when the trackless stringing vehicle is running on the long-distance ramp,there is a safety problem that the brake system is prone to heating failure.In order to make the trackless stringing vehicle run more safely and reliably on the long-distance ramp,this paper proposes that the trackless stringing vehicle can This paper mainly analyzes and compares different renewable energy utilization device technologies,selects energy feed system with better applicability,introduces three energy feed design schemes,compares and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,finally selects energy feed mode of traction/feedback bidirectional converter for system design,and makes simple test and operation of field test system It should be analyzed and summarized that the energy feedback system can absorb the extra energy generated in the vehicle and meet the requirements of safe operation of the vehicle on the long-distance ramp.
