摘要
钻臂是凿岩台车的核心工作机构,起到调节钻机工作位置、承受钻孔工作载荷等作用,其使具有用频率高、工作载荷较大、工况复杂的特点,其可靠性水平直接影响凿岩台车整机可靠性水平的高低。本文采用DFMEA的方法对钻臂设计可靠性进行分析,通过对风险顺序数的计算找到钻臂的薄弱环节,并进行了系统的分析与研究,保证具有较高的可靠性。
The drill boom is the core working mechanism of the rock drilling rig,which plays the role of adjusting the working position of the drilling rig and bearing the working load of the drilling.It has the characteristics of high frequency,large working load and complex working conditions,and its reliability level is directly Affect the reliability level of the whole rock drilling rig.This paper uses the DFMEA method to analyze the design reliability of the drill boom,finds the weak links of the drill boom through the calculation of the risk sequence number,and conducts systematic analysis and research to ensure high reliability.
