摘要
密封配偶件金属密封面的表面形貌、结构尺寸、结构变形对密封性能有着直接的影响,本文分别介绍了金属密封面表面粗糙度、表面纹理对于泄漏率、摩擦系数的影响;密封槽结构尺寸对配合间隙、密封圈的影响;应力、负荷、温度、压差等对密封结构的变形影响以及装配精度的影响,从金属密封配偶件角度较全面的分析了影响航天器密封结构寿命的因素。
In this paper,the life of spacecraft seal structure are analyzed from the aspect of metal seal mate.The sealing performance is directly affected by the topography,size and deformation of the metal sealing surface,the influences of surface roughness and surface texture on leakage rate and friction coefficient of metal sealing surface.The influence of structure size of sealing groove on the fit clearance and sealing ring,the influence of stress,load,temperature and differential pressure on the deformation of the sealing structure and the assembly precision are analyzed comprehensively.
