The new development concept is an important concept of Xi Jinping’s socialism thought with China characteristics in the new era.The concept is based on the Marxist perspective,viewpoint and method to face China’s real situation and solve China’s development problems,which embodies the organic unity of the goal-and-problem orientation of China’s road.The concept adheres to the Chinese nation’s spirit of self-improvement,determination and innovation,sets road plans of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,and highlights the epochal nature of China’s road.The concept created a philosophy of development with Chinese characteristics and formed the unity of China’s wisdom and China’s meaning,which profoundly comprehended manifested the unity of the national character and the essence of Marx’s theory,the law of human social development,the law of socialist construction and the ruling law of the Communist Party.Through the theoretical analysis of the internal logic between the new development concept and the Chinese road,it is helpful to further understand the significance of the Chinese road in creating the Chinese miracle and the significance of the Chinese plan for developing countries to move towards modernization.
