盐酸美金刚联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病对患者精神行为症状及生活质量的影响

The effect of memantine hydrochloride combined with donepezil hydrochloride on the quality of life of the patients with Alzheimer’s disease in its treatment of their psychobehavioral symptoms

目的评价美金刚联合多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病的效果。方法选取我院2016年12月~2019年9月收治的阿尔茨海默病患者70例,根据随机数字表法分对照组(30例)、观察组(40例),前者经盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,后者经盐酸美金刚联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,比较不同用药方法对患者精神行为症状与生活质量的影响。结果观察组治疗后的幻觉、攻击行为、日夜节律紊乱、情感障碍、行为紊乱与总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的WHO-UCLA评分、ADAS-cog、ADL、NPI评分、尿酸、Hcy水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组治疗后不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸美金刚联合盐酸多奈哌齐在改善阿尔茨海默病患者精神行为症状与日常生活能力效果显著,而且用药安全,具有显著应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the effect of memantine combined with donepezil on Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods 70 patients with AD admitted to and treated in our hospital from December 2016 to September 2019 were selected for the study.They were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=40)in compliance with the principle of random numbers.The former was treated with donepezil hydrochloride,while the latter was treated with memantine hydrochloride combined with donepezil hydrochloride.The effects of different medication methods on the psychobehavioral symptoms and the quality of life of the patients were compared.Results After treatment,hallucination,the attack behavior,circadian rhythm disorder,affective disorder,behavioral disorder and total scores of the observation group were inferior to those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The WHO-UCLA scores,ADAS-cog,ADL and NPI scores,uric acid level and Hcy level of the observation group after treatment were significantly different from those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Memantine hydrochloride combined with donepezil hydrochloride has significant efficacy for ameliorating the psychobehavioral symptoms and improving the daily living ability of the patients with AD.It is safe in medication and has significant application value.
