护理干预在连续性肾脏替代治疗的ICU危重症患者中的应用效果

Application efficacy of nursing intervention in critically ill patients in ICU undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy

目的针对在接受连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)的ICU危重症患者采取有效的护理干预后的应用效果进行评价。方法以"区组随机化"的方式,于2015年1月~2019年3月在本院中选取所收治的50例ICU危重症患者,分别应用常规护理干预(对照组,25例)和以常规护理干预为前提的优质护理干预(观察组,25例),同时比较两组结果。结果观察组疾病参数中血氧饱和度高于对照组,但血钠、血钾、SCr、BUN低于对照组,生命体征中心率、呼吸频率、体温、舒张压、收缩压低于对照组,凝血指标中APTT、TT、PT低于对照组,护理不良风险事件发生情况与心血管并发症发生情况少于对照组(P<0.05);护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质的护理干预对于进行连续性肾脏替代治疗的ICU危重症患者有着明显的积极作用,可有效降低并发症的发生,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the application efficacy of nursing intervention in critically ill patients in ICU undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).Methods With the method of"block randomization",50 critically ill patients in ICU admitted to and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2019 were selected and given routine nursing intervention(as the control group,n=25)and high-quality nursing intervention based on routine nursing intervention(as the observation group,n=25),and the results of the two groups were compared.Results The disease parameter of blood oxygen saturation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while blood sodium,blood potassium,SCr and BUN were lower than those in the control group.Vital signs center rate,respiratory rate,body temperature,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and blood coagulation indexes APTT,TT and PT were also lower than those in the control group,and the incidences of adverse risk events in nursing and cardiovascular complications were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention has an significantly positive effect on critically ill patients in ICU undergoing CRRT,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and is worth promotion.
