循证护理对提高良性前列腺增生患者术后护理质量的实践研究

Practical research on evidence-based nursing for improving postoperative nursing quality of the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的分析循证护理对良性前列腺增生患者术后护理质量的影响。方法选取2017年7月~2018年6月于我科诊断为良性前列腺增生并采取经尿道前列腺电切术手术治疗的患者,共82例,设为对照组,应用传统护理模式护理。以2018年7月~2019年6月收治的同类86例患者为实验组,以循证护理模式护理。统计并比较两组患者在导尿管相关尿路感染率、住院时间、导尿管留置时间、膀胱痉挛发生率方面的差异。结果试验组患者中,导尿管相关尿路感染率、住院时间、导尿管留置时间、膀胱痉挛发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理模式相比较传统护理模式能够提高良性前列腺增生患者术后护理质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative nursing quality of the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods 82 patients diagnosed with BPH in our department who received surgical treatment of transurethral resection of prostate from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the control group and given traditional nursing mode.86 patients with the same disease admitted and treated from July 2018 to June 2019 were taken as the experimental group and given evidence-based nursing mode.The differences in catheter-related urinary tract infection rate,hospitalization time,catheter retention time,bladder spasm incidence,etc.were counted and compared between the two groups of patients.Results The catheter-related urinary tract infection rate,hospitalization time,catheter retention time and bladder spasm incidence of the patients in the experimental group were all lower or shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional nursing mode,the evidence-based nursing mode can improve the postoperative nursing quality of the patients with BPH.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
