高中生临床医学专业报考意愿现状及其与职业价值观、专业倾向的相关性分析

High school students’willingness to apply for clinical medicine and its relationship with professional values and specialty tendencies

目的了解高中生报考临床医学专业意愿的现状,探究其与职业价值观、专业倾向之间的关系。方法2019年3~6月,以整群抽样法选择上海及浙江、贵州、江西3省10所中学6000名高中生进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括人口统计学信息,报考临床医学专业的意愿,父母职业,职业价值观和专业倾向。采用χ^2检验和Logistic回归进行相关性分析。结果结果显示,高中生中有较强意愿报考临床医学专业者仅占5.6%。不同性别、年级和父亲职业不同的高中生报考临床医学专业的意愿差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);职业价值观不同的高中生报考临床医学专业的意愿不同;高中生专业倾向主要为实验研究型和商业管理型,倾向于实验研究型、自然探索型、社会助人型的高中生选择临床医学专业的意愿更强(P<0.001)。结论性别、年级、父亲职业和职业价值观不同的高中生报考临床医学专业的意愿不同,倾向于实验研究型、自然探索型、社会助人型的高中生报考临床医学专业的意愿较强。

Objective To understand the current situation of high school students’willingness to apply for clinical medicine,and to investigate its correlation with professional values and specialty tendencies.Methods From March to June 2019,6000 high school students from 10 high schools in Shanghai and 3 provinces of Zhejiang,Guizhou and Jiangxi were selected by cluster sampling for a questionnaire survey.The demographic information,willingness to apply for clinical medicine,parents’occupations,professional values and tendencies were included in the content of the questionnaire.χ^2 test and Logistic regression were used to analyze the correlation.Results The results showed that only 5.6%of high school students had strong intention to apply for clinical medicine.The willingness of high school students with different genders,grades and father occupation to apply for clinical medicine major were statistically different(P<0.001).High school students with different professional values had different willingness to apply for clinical medicine.High school students’major tendencies were mainly the experimental research and the business management,and those who were inclined to the experimental research,the nature exploration and the social service had stronger willingness to choose clinical medicine major(P<0.001).Conclusion High school students with different genders,grades,father’s occupation and professional values have different willingness to apply for clinical medicine.High school students who are inclined to experimental research,nature exploration and social service have stronger willingness to apply for clinical medicine.
