基于4R危机管理理论在国内护理安全管理相关文献计量学分析

A bibliometric analysis of nursing safety management in China based on 4R-modelcrisis management theory

目的分析国内护理领域有关4R危机管理理论应用文献的相关情况,了解4R危机管理理论在我国应用现状及现存问题。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国期刊全文数据库中关于4R危机管理理论的文献,对文献收录的期刊、发表年份、作者地区、基金支持、研究对象、研究内容等进行描述性分析。结果共计纳入文献48篇,2015开始年发表量呈上升趋势,文献地区分布共计22省,其中湖北省发表文献量最多为6篇,其中20.8%的文献发表于统计源期刊,18.8%文献获得科研基金支持,文献类型以类实验性研究文献为主,在ICU、神经内科等科室应用较多,研究内容主要涉及护理风险管理、体系构建、医院管理等。结论国内对于4R危机管理理论的应用文献数量和质量仍需进一步提高,研究的广度和深度有待加强。

Objective To analyze the situation of relevant literature on the application of 4R-model crisis management theory in the domestic nursing field,and to understand the current application status and existing problems of 4R-model crisis management theory in China.Methods The literature on 4R-model crisis management theory in CNKI,Wanfang Data,CQVIP and CJFD was searched.Descriptive analysis was made on the journals,publication year,author area,fund support,subjects of research,research content,etc.of the literature.Results A total of 48 papers were included.The annual publication of the papers has been increasing since 2015.The literature was distributed in 22 provinces altogether,with a maximum of 6 papers published in Hubei province,20.8%published in statistical source journals and 18.8%supported by scientific research funds.In terms of category,the papers were mainly quasi-randomized controlled trial literature,which were widely used in departments such as the ICU,department of neurology,etc.The research content mainly involved in nursing risk management,system construction,and hospital management,etc.Conclusion The quantity and quality of the literature on the application of 4R-model crisis management theory in China still need to be further improved,and the breadth and depth of the research should be strengthened.
