连云港地区大学新生过敏性疾病问卷调查分析

An analysis of a questionnaire survey of allergic diseases among the freshmen in Lianyungang area

目的通过了解连云港市大学新生过敏性疾病状况,开展大学生合理健康指导。方法整群随机抽样大学新生,发放调查问卷,可疑对象予确诊,采用SPSS24.0软件统计分析结果。结果连云港地区大学新生过敏性疾病患病率为26.62%,其中过敏性哮喘(AA)患病率2.3%,过敏性鼻炎(AR)患病率16.7%,特应性皮炎(AD)患病率10.4%,过敏性结膜炎(AC)患病率5.9%,四种疾病的既往诊断率及治疗率均较低。过敏原以吸入性为主。结论连云港地区新大学生过敏性疾病的防控状况不佳,高校应因地制宜,重视此类疾病的管理。

Objective To understand the allergic disease status of the freshmen in Lianyungang City so as to carry out reasonable health guidance for college and university students.Methods A cluster of freshmen were randomly sampled,questionnaires were distributed,suspicious subjects were diagnosed,and SPSS24.0 software was used to analyze the results.Results The morbidity rate of allergic diseases among the freshmen in Lianyungang area was 26.62%,including allergic asthma with a morbidity rate of 2.3%,allergic rhinitis(AR)with a morbidity rate of 16.7%,atopic dermatitis with a morbidity rate of 10.4%,and allergic conjunctivitis with a morbidity rate of 5.9%.The previous diagnosis and treatment rates of the four diseases were low.The allergens were mainly inhaled.Conclusion The prevention and control of allergic diseases among new college and university students in Lianyungang area are not optimistic.Universities and colleges should adjust measures to local conditions and pay attention to the management of such diseases.
