健康体检报告中幽门螺杆菌、生化全套及体重指数分析

Analysis of Helicobacter pylori,biochemical complete set and body mass index in health checkup report

目的分析健康体检报告中的阳性指标,为开展针对性的健康服务提供依据。方法收集2019年1月1日~10月31日在宁德人民医院健康体检中心完成健康体检的74512份报告,采用SPSS23.0处理数据,计量资料以(x±s)表示,采用t检验;计数资料使用%表示,进行χ^2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。分析生化检测中的血脂、血尿酸、血糖异常指标,体重指数,幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性检出率及分布情况。结果(1)幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性检出率为61.13%;(2)男性高尿酸血症发病率高于女性;(3)21~30岁年龄段女性体重过轻人数高于男性,在这个年龄段,肥胖是女性的避害性因素;(4)超重、肥胖呈现年轻化的趋势。结论(1)健康宣教、体检可以在疾病防治过程中起到"未病先防、即病防变"的桥梁作用。(2)分析健康体检报告中的阳性指标,为后期提供针对性的健康服务打下坚实基础。

Objective To analyze the positive indicators in the health checkup report and provide a basis for developing targeted health services.Methods A total of 74512 reports of health examinations performed at the Health Examination Center of Ningde People’s Hospital from January 1,2019 to October 31,2019 were collected.The data were processed using SPSS23.0.The measurement data were presented in mean±standard deviation and analyzed by the t test.The enumeration data were presented as n(%)and analyzed by the chi-square test.And P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.The blood lipids,uric acid,abnormal blood glucose indicators,body mass index,positive detection rate and distribution of Helicobacter pylori antibody in biochemical tests were analyzed.Results(1)The positive detection rate of Helicobacter pylori antibody was 61.13%;(2)The incidence of hyperuricemia in men was higher than that in women;(3)The number of women who were underweight and aged 21 to 30 was higher than that in men at same age,obesity was a nonmalignant factor for women;(4)Overweight and obesity tended to be younger.Conclusion(1)Health education and physical examination can play a preventing role in the process of disease prevention and treatment.(2)Analysis of positive indicators in the health checkup report can lay a solid foundation for providing targeted health services in the future.
