结肠癌联合检测SAA、CRP和CEA的意义分析

Analysis on the significance of combined detection of SAA,CRP and CEA in colon cancer

目的分析结肠癌联合检测SAA、CRP和CEA的意义。方法回顾性选取2019年1月~2020年1月我院结肠癌患者200例,另回顾性选取同期我院健康体检人员500例,分别作为结肠癌组、健康组,统计分析两组人员的血清SAA、CRP、CEA浓度,并统计分析血清SAA、CRP、CEA单独与联合诊断结肠癌的阳性情况。结果结肠癌组患者的血清SAA浓度显著高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清CRP浓度显著高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清CEA浓度显著高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在结肠癌的阳性率方面,血清SAA、CRP、CEA联合诊断显著高于单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清SAA、CRP单独诊断均显著高于血清CEA单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但血清SAA、CRP单独诊断之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论结肠癌诊断中,和单独检测相比,联合检测SAA、CRP和CEA的价值较高,值得在临床推广。

Objective To analyze the significance of combined detection of SAA,CRP and CEA in colon cancer.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,200 patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital were retrospectively selected,and 500 people after health examination admitted to our hospital in the same period were retrospectively selected as the colon cancer group and the healthy group respectively.The concentrations of serum SAA,CRP and CEA in the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the positive statuses of serum SAA,CRP and CEA in single and combined diagnoses of colon cancer were statistically analyzed.Results The serum SAA concentration of the colon cancer group was significantly higher than that of the healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum CRP concentration of the colon cancer group was significantly higher than that of the healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum CEA concentration of the colon cancer group was significantly higher than that of the healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the positive rate of colon cancer,the combined diagnosis of serum SAA,CRP and CEA was significantly higher than the single diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).While the single diagnoses of serum SAA and CRP were both significantly higher than the single diagnosis of serum CEA(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.But there was no statistically significant difference between the single diagnosis of serum SAA and CRP(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the single detection,the combined detection of SAA,CRP and CEA has higher value in the diagnosis of colon cancer,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
