切开复位内固定结合外固定支架对肘关节损伤三联征的治疗作用研究

Study of the therapeutic effect of open reduction and internal fixation combined with external fixation bracket on elbow joint injury triad

目的研究治疗肘关节损伤三联征时应用切开复位内固定结合外固定支架的治疗作用。方法选择本院2015年8月~2019年9月收治的肘关节损伤三联征患者66例作为分析对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和试验组,各33例。其中常规组患者行单纯切开复位内固定治疗,试验组患者行切开复位内固定结合外固定支架。比较两组患者的肘关节功能评分、临床应用效果、前臂旋转度、肘关节屈曲度、骨折愈合时间。结果两组分别实施不同治疗方式后,试验组的肘关节功能评分明显优于常规组,常规组临床治疗有效率(78.78%)相较于试验组(96.96%)明显更低,试验组前臂旋转度、肘关节屈曲度、骨折愈合时间明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肘关节损伤三联征患者实施切开复位内固定结合外固定支架治疗效果显著,能够优化患者肘关节功能,值得广泛应用。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of the application of open reduction and internal fixation combined with external fixation bracket in the treatment of elbow joint injury triad.Methods 66 patients with elbow joint injury triad admitted to and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to September 2019 were selected as the objects of analysis,and they were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group through random number table method,with 33 patients in the conventional group and 33 patients in the experimental group.Among them,the patients in the conventional group were treated with merely open reduction and internal fixation,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation combined with external fixation bracket.The Mayo Elbow Performance Scores,clinical application effects,forearm rotation degrees,elbow joint flexion degrees and fracture healing time of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After the two groups received different therapies respectively,the Mayo Elbow Performance Scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the conventional group,the clinical treatment effective rate of the conventional group(78.78%)was significantly lower than that of the experimental group(96.96%),the forearm rotation degrees,elbow joint flexion degrees and fracture healing time of the experimental group were significantly superior to those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation combined with external fixation bracket for the patients with elbow joint injury triad has a significant therapeutic effect.The therapy can optimize the elbow joint function of the patients.It is worthy of extensive application.
