医疗安全不良事件报告现状及影响因素研究

Study on the Status and Influencing Factors of Medical Safety Adverse Events Reporting

目的研究医疗安全不良事件报告现状及主要影响因素。方法通过分层随机抽样调查的方法抽取2018年1—12月本院100名医务人员作为研究对象,调查医疗安全不良事件报告现状及医护人员知晓情况,分析相关影响因素。结果 2018年1—12月共出现医疗安全不良事件220件,病区发生率更高;医疗安全不良事件类型中,非诊疗不良事件所占比例最高;医务人员的医疗安全不良事件总上报率、医疗安全不良事件知晓率分别为63.64%、59.50%;个人因素、医院方面、报告程序繁琐、报告制度和流程设计问题是影响医疗安全不良事件上报的主要因素。结论通过对医疗安全不良事件报告现状进行调查和相关影响因素的分析,结合本院实际情况,重新修订不良事件管理制度、完善报告管理流程,分层培训,提高上报依从性,促进医疗安全不良事件上报率的提高。

Objective To study the status and major influencing factors of medical safety adverse event reports.Methods A stratified random sampling survey was used to select 100 medical staff in our hospital from January to December in 2018 as the research object.The status of medical safety adverse event reports and the awareness of medical staff were analyzed,and related influencing factors were analyzed.Results A total of 220 medical safety adverse events occurred from January to December in 2018,with a higher incidence rate in the ward;among the types of medical safety adverse events,non-diagnostic adverse events accounted for the highest proportion;the overall reporting rate of medical safety adverse events and medical safety Adverse event awareness rates were 63.64%and 59.50%,respectively;personal factors,hospitals,cumbersome reporting procedures,and reporting system and process design issues were the main factors affecting the reporting of adverse medical safety events.Conclusion By investigating the current status of medical safety adverse event reports and analyzing the relevant influencing factors,combining with the actual situation of our hospital,we have revised the adverse event management system,improved the reporting management process,layered training,improved reporting compliance,and promoted poor medical safety.Increasing incident reporting rate.
