振动载荷加速正畸牙齿移动的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨振动载荷加速牙移动的临床效果。方法选择2019年1—10月本院上下前牙Ⅰ度拥挤的患者24例,研究采用随机分组,分为两组,试验组(n=12)为隐形矫治的患者,且同时使用振动载荷装置,对照组(n=12)为单纯隐形矫治的患者,比较两组患者上下前牙的排齐时间及下前牙牙槽骨骨密度。结果下前牙牙槽骨骨密度对比,试验组治疗前(610.45±11.01)HU,治疗后(609.35±12.15)HU;对照组治疗前(609.23±10.01)HU,治疗后(610.03±10.89)HU,两组治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。上下前牙的排齐时间:试验组(101.15±1.13)d,对照组为(110.31±1.01)d,试验组排齐时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论振动载荷的使用可以明显加快牙齿移动的速度,缩短正畸治疗疗程。 Objective To study the effects of vibration load in the movement of orthodontic tooth.Methods From January to October 2019,24 patients withⅠdegree crowding of upper and lower anterior teeth in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group(n=12)was treated with invisible correction,and the vibration load device was used simultaneously,and the control group(n=12)was treated with simple invisible correction.The alignment time of upper and lower anterior teeth and alveolar bone mineral density of lower anterior teeth were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of bone density of inferior anterior alveolar bone,the experimental group of before treatment was(610.45±11.01)HU,after treatment was(609.35±12.15)HU,and the control group were(609.23±10.01)HU,(610.03±10.89)HU,respectively.There were no significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The alignment time of upper and lower anterior teeth:the experimental group was(101.15±1.13)d,and the control group was(110.31±1.01)d.The alignment time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of vibration load can obviously accelerate the speed of tooth movement and shorten the course of orthodontic treatment.
