多层螺旋CT在直肠癌诊断中的应用价值

The Application Value of Multislice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Rectal Cancer

目的分析多层螺旋CT(multisliecs helieal CT,MSCT)在直肠癌诊断过程中的应用价值,为临床直肠癌分期提供有效参考。方法对2018年1—12月在本院行MSCT检查并分期的110例直肠癌患者的临床资料展开回顾性分析。将患者的治疗结果作为对照,总结MSCT所呈现出来的图像表现,然后计算MSCT对T、M、N分期的诊断准确率。结果本次研究结果显示,110例患者平扫图像病灶呈现出环形生长,冠状位平扫则显示直肠乙状结肠壁增厚,组织具有局限性肿块,生长呈现环形或半环形,密度均匀分布,增强动脉期强化显著,病变影响至直肠乙状结肠。另外MSCT图像表现在T分期、N分期和M分期方面均具有相对稳定的诊断准确率,各分期诊断准确率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT可以为直肠癌分期诊断提供非常准确的诊断依据,可以为今后的诊断过程提供有效的参考和借鉴。

Objective To analyze the application value of multislice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis of rectal cancer,and provide an effective reference for clinical stage of rectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 110 patients with rectal cancer who underwent MSCT examination and staging in our hospital from January to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The treatment results of patients were taken as the control,the image performance presented by MSCT was summarized,and the diagnostic accuracy of MSCT for T,M and N stages was calculated.Results The results of this study showed that the lesions in 110 patients showed ring growth in plain scan,while the coronary plain scan showed thickening of the rectum sigmoid colon,localized mass in the tissues,ring or semi-ring growth,uniform density distribution,significantly enhanced arterial stage enhancement,and lesions affected the rectum sigmoid colon.In addition,MSCT images showed relatively stable diagnostic accuracy in T stage,N stage and M stage.The overall accuracy in different stages had no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Multislice spiral CT can provide very accurate diagnostic basis for the stage diagnosis of rectal cancer,and can provide effective reference for the future diagnosis process.
