经腹部与经阴道超声诊断早期异位妊娠

Transabdominal and Transabdominal Ultrasound Diagnosis of Early Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探究经腹部超声与经阴道超声在早期异位妊娠诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取本院2019年1—12月收治的52例早期异位妊娠患者作为研究对象。回顾性分析所有患者的临床资料,予以患者经腹部超声与经阴道超声检查,并以手术病理结果为依据,对比两种检查方法的临床确诊率及声像图表现检出情况。结果相比经腹部超声诊断,经阴道超声诊断的确诊率更高,声像图检出率更高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论相比经腹部超声诊断,予以早期异位妊娠患者经阴道超声诊断更佳,其确诊率更高,可予以临床推广及应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.Methods 52 cases of early ectopic pregnancy admitted in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the study object.The clinical data of all patients were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were examined by transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound.Based on the surgical and pathological results,the clinical diagnosis rate and the detection of sonogram of the two methods were compared.Results Compared with transabdominal ultrasound,the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis was higher,and the detection rate of sonogram was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound is more effective in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.
