房颤患者射频消融术配合综合康复护理干预的效果

Effect of Radiofrequency Ablation Combined With Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Patients With Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨房颤患者射频消融术配合综合康复护理干预的效果。方法选择本院2017年8月-2019年8月收治的射频消融术治疗的房颤患者70例,随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组患者采取常规护理,试验组患者采取常规护理配合综合康复护理干预。对比两组房颤射频消融术治疗患者组间护理满意度、并发症发生率、依从性以及情绪、生活质量改善情况。结果两组患者射频消融术后并发症发生率(2.86%vs. 20.0%)、依从率(94.29%vs. 68.57%)、护理满意度(97.14%vs. 71.43%)、SAS评分[(36.6±3.6)分vs.(50.2±3.9)分]、SDS评分[(34.5±2.8)分vs.(50.2±3.3)分]、GQOL-74评分[(68.8±4.6)分vs.(55.0±4.2)分]比较,试验组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=5.080 6、7.651 8、8.736 5,P=0.024 1、0.005 6、0.003 1;t=15.159 8、21.461 7、13.106 8,P=0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 0)。结论:房颤患者射频消融术期间配合综合康复护理干预可以提高患者安全性、依从性、患者生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods 70 patients with AF treated by radiofrequency ablation from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected.Combined with nursing methods,70 patients with atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into groups.At the same time of radiofrequency ablation,35 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 35 patients in the experimental group received routine nursing plus comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,complication rate,compliance,mood and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Compared the incidence of complications(2.86%vs.20.0%),compliance rate(94.29%vs.68.57%),nursing satisfaction(97.14%vs.71.43%),SAS score[(36.6±3.6)points vs.(50.2±3.9)points],SDS score[(34.5±2.8)points vs.(50.2±3.3)points],GQOL-74 score[(68.8±4.6)points vs.(55.0±4.2)points]after radiofrequency ablation between the experimental group and the control group,the indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(χ2=5.0806,7.6518,8.7365,P=0.0241,0.0056,0.0031;t=15.1598,21.4617,13.1068,P=0.0000,0.0000,0.0000).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the safety,compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with atrial fibrillation during radiofrequency ablation.
