前交叉韧带重建术后ERAS护理干预对膝关节功能的恢复

The Functional Recovery of Knee Joint by ERAS Nursing Intervention after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

目的探讨加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)护理干预对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后患者膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法选择2018年1—12月在本院进行关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的90例患者,将2018年1—6月收治的患者设定为对照组(n=45),2018年7—12月收治的患者设定为观察组(n=45),对照组实施常规护理,观察组对照组的基础上实施加速康复外科护理干预,比较两组患者膝关节功能优良率、一般自我效能(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)评分及膝关节功能(Lysholm)评分。结果观察组的膝关节功能优良率和干预后6个月的GSES评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组干预后3个月、6个月的Lysholm评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后患者实施ERAS护理干预,能够改善其膝关节功能,并能提高患者自我效能管理。

Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing on the functional recovery of knee joint after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy.Methods 90 cases underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with arthroscopy in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected.Patients admitted from January to June 2018 were set as control group(n=45),and patients admitted from July to December 2018 were set as observation group(n=45).The control group was implemented routine nursing and the observation group was implemented nursing intervention of ERAS on the basis of the control group.The excellent and good rates of knee joint function,general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score and knee joint function(Lysholm)score were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rates of knee joint function and GSES score 6 months after intervention in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Lysholm score in observation group were higher than those in control group at 3 and 6 months after intervention with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of ERAS can improve the function of knee joint and improve the self-efficacy management of patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy.
