循环改进护理在膀胱癌经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后的应用效果

Application Effect of Circulation Improvement Nursing after Transurethral Resection of Bladder Cancer

目的分析膀胱癌患者经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后实施循环改进护理模式的临床效果。方法本次研究随机选择3年内(2017年1月—2020年1月)到本院实施经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗的膀胱癌患者共120例进行研究,根据实施护理方式不同将其分为常规组(60例,基础护理干预)与研究组(60例,循环改进护理模式),比较两组患者的心理状态、术后并发症发生情况及住院时间。结果护理后,研究组SDS、SAS评分及术后并发症总发生率均显著低于常规组,住院时间显著短于常规组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将循环改进护理模式应用在临床行尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的膀胱癌患者中,可显著改善其心理状态,降低术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of improving the nursing mode of circulation after transurethral resection of bladder cancer.Methods 120 cases of patients with bladder cancer and who treated in our hospital within 3 years(January 2017 to January 2020)w.ere randomly selected for research,and the patients were divided into the routine group(60 cases treated by basic nursing intervention)and the study group(60 casestreated by circulatory improvement nursing model)according to the implementation of different nursing methods.The psychological state,postoperative complications and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of SDS,SAS and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,and the hospitalization time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the circulation improvement nursing model to bladder cancer patients undergoing clinical urethral bladder tumor resection can significantly improve their psychological state,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and shorten the hospitalization time.
