摘要
目的研究细节管理对体检中心体检者护理工作满意度的成效。方法此次研究选取本院2018年6月-2019年6月来本单位进行健康体检的100例体检者,将100例体检者采用随机分组的方法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,观察组体检者采用常规护理的方法,对照组体检者采用细节管理的护理方法,比较两组体检者体检质量及护理满意度。结果观察组体检者体检时间(1.86±0.13)h,明显比对照组(2.86±0.85)h短,差异有统计学意义(t=7.791,P <0.05);观察组体检者一次性体检完成人数占比(96.00%)明显高于对照组(72.00%),护理总满意度(98.00%)明显高于对照组(82.00%),差异均有统计学意义(χ2=9.846、10.275,P <0.05)。结论细节管理对体检中心体检者护理工作满意度的成效显著,提高了体检者对于护理工作的满意度,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of detail management on the satisfaction of nursing work of physical examination center.Methods This study selected 100 physical examinations from June 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital for health examinations.100 physical examination subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Observation group medical examiners adopted routine nursing measures,while control group medical examiners adopted detailed management nursing measures.The quality of physical examination and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of medical examinees were compared.Results The time of physical examination in the observation group was(1.86±0.13)h,which was significantly shorter than(2.86±0.85)h in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.791,P<0.05).The proportion of one-time physical examination completed in the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.00%),,the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.00%)(χ2=9.846,10.275,P<0.05).Conclusion The detail management has achieved remarkable results on the satisfaction of the medical examination of the physical examination center,and it has improved the satisfaction of the medical examiner on the nursing work,which is worth promoting.
