风险管理在外科护理管理中的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Risk Management in Surgical Nursing Management

目的探讨风险管理在外科护理管理中的应用。方法选择本院2017年1月—2019年2月收治的76例外科住院患者作为试验对象;根据住院先后顺序分为比照组和试验组各38例,比照组实施普通护理管理,试验组在普通护理管理的基础上实施风险护理管理,对比分析两组患者风险评估质量、风险预防质量、风险处理质量、纠纷发生率、风险事件发生率及管理总满意率等情况。结果试验组风险评估质量、风险预防质量、风险处理质量评分均高于比照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组外科患者纠纷发生率、风险事件发生率均低于比照组,管理总满意率高于比照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科患者于临床接受风险管理后,利于风险评估质量、风险预防质量、风险处理质量的提升,纠纷发生率、风险事件发生率的降低及管理总满意率的提升,最终促进外科住院患者的疾病转归。

Objective To explore the application of risk management in surgical nursing management.Methods 76 surgical inpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected as experimental subjects.According to the order of hospitalization,patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,38 cases in each group.The control group carried out general nursing management,and the experimental group carried out risk nursing management on the basis of general nursing,and the two groups were compared and analyzed.Quality of risk assessment,quality of risk prevention,quality of risk handling,incidence of disputes,incidence of risk incidents,and overall satisfaction rate of management,etc.Results The scores of risk assessment quality,risk prevention quality,risk management quality of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of disputes and risk events of surgical patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the total satisfaction rate of management in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After clinical risk management,surgical inpatients can improve the quality of risk assessment,risk prevention and risk management,reduce the incidence of disputes,risk incidents and improve the overall satisfaction rate of management,and ultimately promote the disease outcomes of surgical inpatients.
