关于完善打击骗保行刑衔接机制的探讨

行政执法与刑事司法衔接工作机制问题越来越受到关注。在打击欺诈骗取医保基金的执法实践中,如何规范行政执法与刑事司法之间的业务衔接是个新课题。本文根据上海市近几年来的相关实践与现状,分析了当下行刑衔接工作机制存在的主要问题,提出了进一步完善行刑衔接工作机制的思考和建议,以期对全国有效打击欺诈骗保、进一步强化执法行动提供参考。

More and more attention has been paid to the connection mechanism between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice.In the law enforcement practice of cracking down on fraudulent medical insurance fund,how to standardize the business connection between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice is a new topic.According to the relevant practice and current situation of Shanghai in recent years,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the working mechanism of the connection between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for further improvement,so as to provide reference for law enforcement actions against fraudulent medical insurance.
