本文从现有法律法规角度入手,结合国家及各地通报的欺诈骗保案件情况,从协议处理、行政处罚和刑事处罚三方面分析医保违规案件在处理中存在的各类问题,并分别提出对策建议。

In this paper,from the perspective of existing laws and regulations,combined with the situation of fraud cases reported by the state and all over the country,this paper analyzes the various problems existing in the treatment of medical insurance violation cases from three aspects of agreement processing,administrative punishment and criminal punishment,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions respectively.
