摘要
2017年起,厦门市推行"总额预算下的点数法"医保支付方式改革,是基于大数据的病种分值付费(DIP分值付费)的有效探索。通过医保支付领域的供给侧改革,厦门市探索建立起一系列"总额预算下的点数法"为主的多元复合式医保支付动态调整机制,构建起医疗保障基金可持续运作的长效机制。
Since 2017,Xiamen has carried out the medical insurance payment method reform of points under the total budget.This is an effective exploration of disease score payment(DIP score payment)based on big data.Through the supply side reform in the field of medical insurance payment,Xiamen has explored to establish a series of multiple compound dynamic adjustment mechanisms of medical insurance payment based on the point method under the total budget,and build a long-term mechanism for the sustainable operation of medical insurance fund.
